What is preserved moss?

Through the preservation process, its natural moisture is replaced with a preservation solution that helps maintain its texture and appearance. The moss is no longer living or growing, which means it does not need water, soil, sunlight, fertilizer, or irrigation.
For interior designers and architects, that creates significantly more flexibility in where and how natural materials can be incorporated into a space.

Living plants have needs that ultimately influence design decisions. Lighting, irrigation, access for maintenance, and environmental conditions all have to be considered.
